ryseing Ballot for 2022 Week 8

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Oct. 16, 2022, 3:47 p.m.

Overall Rationale: I of course have watched my team the most and we are not t25 worthy especially with Leary done for the year. Preseason bias is keeping us afloat in the AP and I would encourage my fellow voters to not rank us.

Rank Team Reason
Tennessee Volunteers Tennessee with the best win of the year.
Ohio State Buckeyes
Georgia Bulldogs
Clemson Tigers
Michigan Wolverines Michigan finally beat someone with a pulse.
Alabama Crimson Tide
TCU Horned Frogs Really impressive win over OK State even if Sanders' shoulder was shot. This team might be a Playoff contender.
Ole Miss Rebels
Oregon Ducks More and more that Georgia opener looks like opening week jitters. Very excited for the UCLA game Saturday.
UCLA Bruins
Wake Forest Demon Deacons Best of the non Oregon one loss teams by far I think.
Oklahoma State Cowboys
USC Trojans
Syracuse Orange
Penn State Nittany Lions
Illinois Fighting Illini
Utah Utes
Texas Longhorns
Tulane Green Wave I do think h2h matters if the teams are about equal otherwise, hence Tulane being a spot above KSU.
Kansas State Wildcats
Cincinnati Bearcats
Kentucky Wildcats
Purdue Boilermakers
North Carolina Tar Heels UNC is utterly fraudulent and will win ten games because of their schedule. As someone who watches them weekly because I hate myself, I'm fine with ranking them but I will be damned if I rank them above 20 any point this year. The definition of the can't keep getting away with this GIF.
UCF Knights I don't know what happened against Louisville but when you get to this point in the poll in mid-October, everyone has a dumb loss.
