Overall Rationale: Very simple linear regression power rankings for the time being. Winning the game isn't weighted heavily, if you can keep it close against good teams you'll be rewarded regardless of outcome. Running up the score is highly rewarded, FCS teams are overrated, and defense isn't considered strongly, which is are substantial weaknesses. Numbers can be roughly interpreted as x_1-x_2=predicted mov. For example, a team scoring 100 would be favored by 3 over a team scoring 97. Correctly predicts W/L of about 75% of games last I checked.
