Overall Rationale: It's pretty much the Colley matrix, but instead of assuming that all teams start at .5 (equal), they start between 0-1 depending on where they finished in the Colley matrix last year. E.G. Alabama and Georgia begin with a score of .9, FIU begins with a score of .1 My ballot last week was quite unusual relative to the other weeks. Of course upon further inspection I found I inputted the BYU - Notre Dame game in reverse, causing BYU to be very over-ranked. Hopefully I did not make any mistakes here.
