Overall Rationale: Power Poll - so #10 team would beat #11 team on a neutral field etc. etc. Thankfully my top 4 is still the playoff top 4 (even if not the exact order I would have them), so it doesn't affect the sub's Poll for a hypothetical playoff vote. If it was Resume based rankings, I would have had Baylor much higher for example at either 5th or 6th, but again, this is just a power poll.
