Overall Rationale: I've been struggling how to reconcile my desires to reflect how important conference championships should be.I've decided to count them 1.5 times wrt overall record. Winning counts as 1.5 wins, losing as 1.5 losses. The whole thing is still subjective, but that let me still prioritize records and also still reflect the achievement of actually winning a conference. So yeah CCG participants tended to move a good bit.
