Overall Rationale: FIRST FIVE OUT: Kansas St (30.818), NC St (28.636), Houston (28.182), Boise St (27.136), Miss St (26.455). There are two ideologies for polls: 1. Who would win in a theoretical matchup? and 2. Who has the best report card? This is a 100% computer poll following the latter idea.
