Overall Rationale: Ohio State since the Oregon loss has looked like the second best team in the country. Alabama has had a lot of close games in which they should be winning by more.Oregon, imo is the best of the 2 loss teams, despite both of those losses being pretty bad. They've got the best win in the country. As well as some pretty good other wins like Fresno State, Washington State, UCLA, etc. Definitely has looked shaky in a few games, but when they want to play, they play hard. It's just a question of if they want to play.I also just don't think Oklahoma or Notre Dame are that great. ND doesn't have a single big win. They have a few good wins, like Wisconsin (who's overrated), Virginia Tech, North Carolina, etc. Good wins, but not really any top 20 teams (Wisconsin doesn't deserve a top 20 place, they've got no offense, they're basically a worse version of Clemson this year). Good enough wins, combined with their record, to place them at number 7 I guess. But haven't really been impressed with ND in any game this year outside of blowing out bad teams like Georgia Tech.I would like Utah higher, they've really turned it around with Rising as their QB. But it's hard to justify them over Texas A&M, or BYU (who's beaten them)
