Overall Rationale: Caveat: These are technically provisional rankings because ESPN did something stupid to break their API again, and there were some decidedly odd results this week.

1 Georgia Bulldogs The computer rankings "randomly" decided to move Division II Harding up from #131 (still top of D2, but...) to #23 (gaining about 16 points) this week based on a 16 point win over an unranked team in the first round of the D2 playoffs. Coincidentally, the Great American Conference doesn't play any non-conference games. I'm sure anyone familiar with SRS can see the problem.
2 Ohio State Buckeyes (For some godforsaken reason Harding only gained 7.78 points in actual SRS, so my "tweaks" managed to make that problem even worse...)
