Overall Rationale: Had a little conversation during last week's poll. Decided to make a slight shift in how I reward for schedule difficulty where it now aligns more to percentile (Top 26, or 80th percentile; Top 45, or 66th percentile). Top 10 is staying a hard number for now, until I can find a way to make it more fluid.
