Overall Rationale: Finally started to build a rating system, a lot of tweaks are in store but this is just the base ratings with some personal adjustments for now. Eventually I hope to flesh this out and build predictive models to bet with.  I set it as hybrid because I changed the positions of some teams because the actual system isn't clearly defined how I want, yet.  The selection of teams remains the same as the rating system but the order is different.
