Overall Rationale: Again, felt very difficult to rank the bottom 12 teams or so.  Hate to drop 2 teams that won, but I also really don't after that Iowa performance.  As such though, I think there is a clear tier drop (which I usually mention) at 27 this week, just outside the rankings.Added: Arkansas (18), Wisconsin (20), Purdue (23), NC State (24)Dropped: App State (22 - Attrition), Iowa (23 - Attrition), Mississippi State (24), SMU (25)New few out, in order: App State, Iowa | San Diego State, Pitt, Utah, Iowa State, Arizona State, North Carolina, UVA, Tennessee
