2 Cincinnati Bearcats Cincy is 8-0. Best wins are over Notre Dame (7-1) and UCF (5-3)
3 Michigan State Spartans Michigan State is 8-0. Best win is over Michigan (7-1). Also have wins over Miami (4-4) and Rutgers (4-4)
4 Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama is 7-1. Best wins are over Ole Miss (6-2) and Mississippi State (5-3). Also have wins over Florida (4-4), Tennessee (4-4) and Miami (4-4). Only loss is to Texas A&M (6-2)
5 Oregon Ducks Oregon is 7-1. Best win is over Ohio State (7-1). Also have wins over Fresno State (7-2) and UCLA (5-4). Loss is to Stanford (3-5)
6 Wake Forest Demon Deacons Wake Forest is 8-0. Best wins are over Virginia (6-3) and Syracuse (5-4)
7 Oklahoma Sooners Oklahoma is 9-0. Best wins are over Kansas State (5-3) and Texas (4-4). Big chances to rack up some quality wins coming up with their final three games against Baylor, Iowa State, and Oklahoma State
8 Ohio State Buckeyes Ohio State is 7-1. Best win is over Minnesota (6-2). Also have wins over Penn State (5-3) and Maryland (5-3). Only loss is to Oregon (7-1)
9 Oklahoma State Cowboys Oklahoma State is 7-1. Only loss is to Iowa State (5-3). Best wins are Baylor (7-1) and Kansas State (5-3)
10 Baylor Bears Baylor is 7-1. Best wins are over BYU (7-2) and Iowa State (5-3)
11 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Notre Dame is 7-1. Only loss is to Cincinnati (8-0). Best wins are over Wisconsin (5-3), Purdue (5-3) and North Carolina (4-4)
12 Auburn Tigers Auburn has 2 losses, to Penn State and Georgia. However, they also have some nice wins with wins over Ole Miss (6-2) and Arkansas (5-3). They also have a win over LSU (4-4). 
13 BYU Cougars BYU is 7-2. They have losses to Boise state and Baylor, but have some nice wins too including Virginia (6-3), Utah State (6-2), Utah (5-3), Arizona State (5-3), and Washington State (5-4)
14 Michigan Wolverines Michigan is 7-1. Best win is over Wisconsin (5-3).
15 Texas A&M Aggies Texas A&M is 6-2. Best win is over Alabama (7-1). Losses to Mississippi State and Arkansas. Also have wins over Missouri (4-4) and South Carolina (4-4)
16 Ole Miss Rebels Ole Miss is 6-2 with losses only to Alabama and Auburn. Best win is Arkansas (5-3). Also has wins over LSU, Tennessee, and Louisville who are all 4-4.
17 Mississippi State Bulldogs I'm bringing Mississippi State in here at 5-3. I actually struggled with where to place them. Should they be above teams like Ole Miss or Kentucky? Below? They have losses to Memphis and LSU, and also a blowout loss to Alabama, but then they also have really nice wins over Texas A&M (6-2), Kentucky (6-2), and NC State (6-2)
18 UTSA Roadrunners UTSA is undefeated but lacks quality wins. They're hard to rank. 
19 Minnesota Golden Gophers Minnesota is 6-2. Losses to Ohio State and Bowling Green. BG loss really stings as this team could be looking very good without that. Best wins are over Maryland (5-3) and Purdue (5-3) 
20 San Diego State Aztecs San Diego State is 7-1. They finally dropped a game to Fresno State. They have some nice wins over Utah (5-3) and Air Force (6-2)
21 NC State Wolfpack NC State is 6-2. They have losses to Miss State and Miami. Best win is over Clemson (5-3).
22 Iowa Hawkeyes Iowa is on the verge of slipping out of my rankings as it looks like teams have figured them out. They are still 6-2 though with a nice win over Penn State. 
23 Kentucky Wildcats Kentucky is 6-2, but their wins have slipped in quality as Florida has been losing. Best wins are Florida (4-4), LSU (4-4) and Missouri (4-4)
24 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State also has 3 losses, to Iowa, Ohio State, and Illinois. They do have a really nice win over Auburn however that keeps them in my rankings. 
25 Fresno State Bulldogs Fresno State is 7-2. They have losses to Oregon and Hawaii. Picked up a really nice win over San Diego State (7-1).
