Overall Rationale: Made some (hopefully final) changes to my computer poll from last week:- The model now ranks all FCS teams individually- The outcomes of all FCS vs FCS games have been put into the model- The prior was changed from a normal distribution to a hyperbolic secant distribution, which has fatter tails and is more natural to this model- The ratings were scaled to be comparable to FPI- Fulled out the list of scheduled games for the rest of the season- Added the result of CMU vs Miami (OH) that I had erroneously not included previously
