Overall Rationale: There is a two step process. 1) Create a facsimile of the BCS poll: average out two human polls (AP and Coaches), average out six former BCS computer polls (Billingsley, Colley, Congrove, Massey, Sagarin, Wolfe), and weigh the respective averages equally.2) Take the resulting "BCS" poll and adjust with personal metrics.The one steadfast rule I have is that a team cannot rank higher than a team it has 2+ more losses than. For example, no 2-loss teams can rank above an undefeated team and no 3-loss teams can rank above a 1-loss team.
