Overall Rationale: FIRST FIVE OUT: Maryland (30.167), UCLA (28.167), Boise St (27.000), TIE Baylor and Air Force (26.000) Ballot still wasn't quite right last week, as I found my source SOMETIMES uses e with an accent for San Jose St and sometimes doesn't. So that's infuriating, but now I know I need to find all and replace after import and that's fine. There are two ideologies for polls: 1. Who would win in a theoretical matchup? and 2. Who has the best report card? This is a 100% computer poll following the latter idea. At the beginning of the season it is hard to know which losses are quality losses and which are bad losses because of everyone's short resume`, so teams move around a lot early, but have mostly steadied out. I'm rebuilding the Google Sheet, so nothing there this week. Should be done for the next ballot.
