Overall Rationale: Poll now accounts for Strength of Schedule and Strength of Winning Schedule with games and wins against Top Ten ranked opponents. Seemed like a pretty good week to start including it. Found some errors, and have been fixing it. Overall, pretty pleased with this week, even though it made some pretty radical shifts.
