New highs: #1 UGA, #2 OU, #3 CIN, #4 MICH, #6 UK, #10 MSU, #11 MISS, #13 ASU, #14 WAKE, #16 UTSA, #19 PITT, #20 NCST, #53 NIU, #59 KENT, #62 UTEP, #80 RICE*, #113 AKRN. Congratulations! (*Rice was briefly higher in early 2020 when only six of ten conference were included in TERSE.) New lows: #8 BAMA, #42 UF, #61 USC, #69 ISU, #74 UNC, #88 WASH, #92 MEM, #108 TULN, #121 CAL, #122 USM, #129 FIU. Commiserations.
