Overall Rationale: For as strange as this week was, very little change to the actual rankings.  Not punishing Penn State for a game I believe they would win with Clifford. Don't want to punish Texas either but wanted to slot in 2 new teams and they're as good as any to drop.  Florida loses places based on a lost "strength of loss" to Bama.Dropped out: Auburn (21), Texas (22)Added: Texas A&M (20), UTSA (25)Next few out, in order: Texas, Baylor, Pitt, Auburn, Tennessee, Iowa State, Clemson, Liberty
