Overall Rationale: Last week before the FCS teams can join in (if they're still in the top 25, of course.) Of the FCS teams, SDSU (#20) and Montana (#25) would be in this week. #4 isn't a misclick or drunken screw-up; Oklahoma is #40 (#44 if including FCS teams.) Beating 3 average-ish teams by 1 score at home and blowing out a winless FCS team doesn't look great in a results-based system. The good news for them is that teams 20-45ish are all fairly close together so a win likely brings them into the rankings, and with it still being early in the season it could easily be the top 10.
