Overall Rationale: More focused on the resume end of things than the "who would I bet on to win a game" poll. Therefore teams like Arkansas are going to be very high while Clemson isn't getting anywhere near the Top 25. Still some guesswork to "how good" wins are this early on in the season. One point of emphasis is going to be to try and not punish """quality losses""" as harshly this season.

2 Oregon Ducks Oregon's wins over Ohio State and Fresno State have them knocking on the door of Alabama.Last Week: 3

12 BYU Cougars BYU looking really solid so far with wins over ASU and Utah...worried that all of their wins are by like 7...can't do that forever.Last Week: 14
13 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Big win over Wisconsin although I still don't buy if Notre Dame is any good or not or if Wisconsin has the worst QB of all time.Last Week: 16
