Overall Rationale: Following on the heels of a brilliant week in projections (37-20 ATS, 6-6 picking underdogs outright), TERSE has finally produced a ranking that looks vaguely human. I'm not saying it'd quite pass the Turing test just yet; #13 Army, #15 Penn State, and the combo of ranked UCLA and unranked Fresno make it a little quirky still. But this is largely a realistic top 25! We've got enough data to offset that horrid Week 1 where ESPN left so many games without play-by-play, and hopefully TERSE will continue to improve going forward. This week's highlights: Georgia overtakes Alabama for #1 overall, #7 Arkansas gate-crashes the top ten, and #16 UTSA, #23 SMU, and #25 Wake Forest all join the party as well.
