Overall Rationale: These rankings were made from scratch and did not look at the past month at all to prevent poll inertia. And I still have no idea if I'm getting it right. It really feels like 20 could put a stomping on number 3. But anarchy is the intersection of seemingly unconnected things, and that is what makes CFB great.

1 Alabama Crimson Tide Domination for the most part
2 Georgia Bulldogs Domination, but that Clemson win doesn't look good at all
3 Arkansas Razorbacks Probably has the two best wins in the nation, but can they swing with the big top dawgs (pun fully intended)? 
4 Iowa Hawkeyes Could really be swapped with PSU or Oregon; it's really hard to say who's better
5 Oregon Ducks Above ND because they have more convincing wins them at the moment
6 Penn State Nittany Lions Above ND because they have more convincing wins them at the moment
7 Notre Dame Fighting Irish This team has gotten better every single week, and I expect them to come out swinging against UC
8 Cincinnati Bearcats Below ND because they've struggled with FCS schools, and really don't have a convincing win (IU is looking overrated more and more by the week)
9 Ole Miss Rebels Probably the most underrated team I have in the top 10, but we'll see about that this week
10 Wake Forest Demon Deacons Maybe I'm jumping the gun, but they're playing dominant. Will likely have to rise slowly due to weak competition in the coming weeks and will have to just win
11 Michigan State Spartans
12 Florida Gators 3-1, but with the best loss in the nation
13 BYU Cougars Gotta credit a team for never having trailed so far this year
14 Baylor Bears Dark horse for the Big XII
15 Oklahoma Sooners This is a really inconsistent 4-0 team, and I have no idea if I am still ranking them too high. 
16 Fresno State Bulldogs Could have been top 10 if they didn't choke against Oregon; Haener is the real deal
17 Ohio State Buckeyes Really shouldn't be in the top 10 and needs to show consistency in conference play
18 Boston College Eagles Wins are not as strong as WF
19 NC State Wolfpack Maybe an overreaction, but let's see if they're the second or third best in the Atlantic
20 Maryland Terrapins Need to see performance against better comp
21 Oklahoma State Cowboys
22 Michigan Wolverines Need to see more against better competition before they get a move up
23 Oregon State Beavers Really should be 4-0 if Nolan had started against Purdue; if they blow out Washington, they get a jump
24 Iowa State Cyclones Been really unlucky in both of their losses
25 Texas Longhorns Past week against Texas Tech shows the potential that they turned a corner; currently see them as overrated but they may prove me wrong soon
