Overall Rationale: The good news: Week 2, like Week 1, was great! The bad news: numerous upsets and surprisingly close wins make it remarkably difficult to know who to be reactive about, and that goes for TERSE as well. There wasn't nearly as much missing game data this week, although poor SJSU and MTSU still have no reliable play-by-play stats. This week's rankings took some tweaking, but what we've ended up with is a ballot that, while not as human as I would like, appears more or less defensible.
