Overall Rationale: This still uses the last 2ish months of the 2020 season and that has yielded some fucky results. The most glaring is the Oregon vs Ohio State disparity; the reason for this is that this model really punishes "bad" losses and in the dataset used Oregon currently has a loss to 1-5 California.The 2020 season will continue to roll off and will no longer be part of the dataset in the week 5 ballot. Using some 2020 results avoids even worse results like Rutgers at 5 or Michigan State at 7 (seriously).
