Overall Rationale: This is a computermodel I developed based pn my NFL ranking model that I have been using for almost 5 years now with great success. It only looks at data from this season and truly rates a teams resume to date. UTSA ends up on top a the only team to beat a P5 opponent that already has another win to boost their strength of schedule. From there,  it basically goes on margin of victory with a few teams with wins over G5 teams that won in week 0 scattered throughout.
