Overall Rationale: At the start of the season, I seeded the computer ratings using all voters from the preseason poll. Preseason poll influence will wane as the weeks go by and should be totally gone by week 7 or so. For now, the algorithm understands that Clemson losing to Georgia isn't so bad, for example, without having to calculate Georgia's goodness itself. If that means I should have marked this as "hybrid" - whoops! But I didn't put my thumb on the scale at all. I don't normally submit rankings until it's required, but I think the movement was pretty true to life this week so here I am. Next 5: Wisconsin, Miami, Indiana, TCU, LSU
