Overall Rationale: Ah yes, my favorite time of year. When everybody gets pissed at seemingly arbitrary rankings. Rules of the rankings: Must have at least 1 FBS win to be considered. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move. Ignores pre-season precedence by not valuing wins over "ranked" teams, nor expectations that teams "should" be ranked in spite of current performance. In general, a great team climbs back rather quickly, and bad teams fall off rather quickly.
