1 Alabama Crimson Tide Completely dominated Miami. 
2 Ohio State Buckeyes Played sloppy, but this Minn. game really showed how much talent Ohio State has at their skill positions. Even if they play sloppy, they will win most games on talent alone. The only team I think can compete with Alabama. 
3 Georgia Bulldogs Georgia finally won the big game. Offense is lacking, but defense is outstanding. The gap between 2-3 on my rankings is the largest gap. If they played Bama today, I'd predict a score of 27-7. 
4 Texas A&M Aggies The only reason they move up is because the other teams moved down. Played sloppy against an lesser opponent. Had 6 turnovers, 4 interceptions, a muffed punt and a turnover on downs, but had 600 yards of offense and held a good offense to 10 points. They get a passing grade, but barely. 
5 Cincinnati Bearcats Cinci is the best team in the G5, they played a complete game. 
6 Clemson Tigers Absolutely atrocious offense against Georgia. I'm not confident that they completely run the table on the rest of their schedule. Defense was solid, but Georgia's offense was also lacking.  
7 Oklahoma Sooners Tulane shouldn't have been in that game. This is my least confident ranking. I think OU is much better than #7, if they put away Nebraska early and finish strong, I'll move them back up. 
8 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Solid game against FSU. I think FSU showed that they're a much better team than in years past. Jack Coan is a decent QB and ND is still a top 10 team. 
9 Florida Gators Wasn't super impressed with the Gators, but they have the talent to win at least 9 games and most likely will finish 10-2 in my mind. 
10 Iowa State Cyclones Iowa State continues their tradition of having horrible week 1 games. Similar to OU, shouldn't have a 1 score game against a vastly weaker opponent.  
11 UCLA Bruins Really high on UCLA. They physically dominated LSU. They have the potential to be a playoff contender. 
12 Iowa Hawkeyes Dominated IU, deserving of a fair rise in the rankings. 
13 USC Trojans Kind of a 'meh' game against SJSU. 
14 Oregon Ducks Similar trend here. Fresno State shouldn't have been in that game. They move down a couple spots for me. 
15 Texas Longhorns Took care of business against the Cajuns. DL looks better, OL doesn't look great in pass protection but Card looks solid, Bijan had a good game. They look like a more consistent team than under Herman. With OU and ISU looking pretty bad, Texas could sneak their way into the Big 12 title game. 
16 Arizona State Sun Devils
17 Penn State Nittany Lions Physical team. Was a super fun and entertaining game against Wiscy. Feeling decent about both of them. 
18 Utah Utes Took care of business. 
19 Wisconsin Badgers Same as with Penn State, but on the losing side. 
20 Coastal Carolina Chanticleers Incredible offensive showing. They move up a couple spots for me. 
21 NC State Wolfpack Really impressed with NCState. Ground game looks fantastic, defense pitched a shutout. They make it into my top 25. 
22 Michigan Wolverines Solid win for Michigan. They definitely have more talent than their ranking, lets see if they can keep it going. 
23 Ole Miss Rebels Ole Miss looks like a much more physical team. The game is still going on as a type this, but I think they can finish 3rd in the west and win 9 games. 
24 North Carolina Tar Heels Definitely not a good week for the Tar Heels. I think they still have potential, but there are some glaring issues that need to be fixed. Let's see if they can bounce back. 
25 Kentucky Wildcats Definitely a new look for Kentucky. I think they'll finish 3rd in the east with potential to finish 2nd.
