Overall Rationale: It's still so early that teams with a win make the biggest moves up while teams who are winless are lucky to even be in my top 25 (unless they really showed up & showed out in a close loss).  Next week could still see a lot of moves.

1 Georgia Bulldogs This was a much bigger win than the scoreboard reflected.  It essentially put Clemson out of playoff contention.
2 Alabama Crimson Tide The past champ moved down because of UGA's win, but Bama is very very close.
3 Ohio State Buckeyes
4 Oklahoma Sooners Good win against a tough Tulane team in difficult circumstances.
5 Texas A&M Aggies
6 UCLA Bruins The only 2-0 P5 school.  Ain't no sissy blue here.
7 Penn State Nittany Lions
8 Iowa Hawkeyes
9 Oregon Ducks
10 Iowa State Cyclones
11 USC Trojans
12 Notre Dame Fighting Irish The only reason they moved up is due to attrition above them.
13 Tulane Green Wave Extremely close game in extenuating circumstances. Watch out for the Green Wave this year!
14 Clemson Tigers Losing to UGA may have just derailed Clemson's chances for a playoff spot in week 1, because nothing in their ACC schedule makes them compelling enough to crawl back to the top with this loss.
15 Ole Miss Rebels Even without Kiffin on the sideline, the Lane Train is storming down the track.  Need to stop the dumb penalties though.
16 Texas Longhorns
17 Florida State Seminoles When you have 2 QBs, you have no QBs.  Even when one of those QBs came back from a CATASTROPHIC injury.
