Overall Rationale: My method is to use a more resume-based ranking early in the season - rewarding teams for early season strength of victory, so as to not put too much weight on preseason rankings.  For example - This rewards teams like VT, UCLA and Iowa, and will hurt their opponents (UNC, LSU, or Indiana - all unranked) since I believe this should shake itself out over the course of the season and there is no need to rank them now.Tier 2 (just outside, 26-31): UNC, Michigan, Miami (FL), UCF, Auburn, PittTier 3 (observing for future results, could be close. 32-38): K-State, Marshall, UL-L, Michigan State, Texas Tech, Utah, Indiana
