1 Alabama Crimson Tide Clearly the best team in the country after Week 1
2 Georgia Bulldogs Has the best win so far and a top 3 defense
3 Ohio State Buckeyes Still same old Buckeyes loaded with talent, CJ should only get better as season goes on.
4 Clemson Tigers Still a very good defense, I think offensive woes were caused in large part by UGA defense and offense should start looking great soon.
5 Cincinnati Bearcats This is a complete team and Ridder will make some Heisman noise
6 Texas A&M Aggies A very talented team, gets leap-frogged by Cincinnati because King's performance concerns me
7 Oklahoma Sooners Offense is among best in country but Rattler needs to avoid mistakes and defense is a concern, thus the fall
8 Iowa Hawkeyes Dominating win over Indiana getting overshadowed but this is a very good Hawkeyes team that can climb higher with a win over ISU
9 USC Trojans IMO the best team in the Pac-12 that is getting limited by coach
10 Florida Gators Like A&M, a very talented team but QB is still a question mark
11 Iowa State Cyclones Ugly win over Northern Iowa, thus the fall.  A win over Iowa will put them right back up there
12 Oregon Ducks Like ISU, an ugly win that should have been easy thus the drop but a win over Ohio St. will put them comfortably within Top 10
13 Penn State Nittany Lions Defense looks legit, offense needs to show a bit more
14 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Like opposite PSU, offense looked legit with Coan and even without Williams, but defense was concerning against a not-good Florida St.
15 Texas Longhorns Texas has long had the talent but not the coaching, put up a dominating win over a good Louisiana team
16 UCLA Bruins UCLA looking like a top 25 team with a dominating win over Hawaii and a big win over LSU
17 North Carolina Tar Heels There's talent on UNC, but Howell looked terrible against VA Tech.  There's a lot of room to improve.
18 Utah Utes Didn't quite dominate Weber State like expected but they still looked very good for most of the game.
19 Coastal Carolina Chanticleers CC starting to look like they'll repeat their 2020 season and be a top G5 team
20 Arizona State Sun Devils Firm Herm has crooted a solid talent pool for ASU and has them trending the right direction
21 Oklahoma State Cowboys OK State did not look good but this seems to be a theme for the Cowboys in games like these every season.
22 Wisconsin Badgers I don't trust Mertz, hence why Wisconsin was lower in my preseason rankings than most people had them, but run game and defense keeps them in top 25.
23 Ole Miss Rebels Offense will be electric again and defense looks improved, but how much of that was Louisville being bad?
24 LSU Tigers There's way too much talent on this team for Coach O to be wasting it.  They're hesitantly in the top 25
25 Michigan Wolverines Looked pretty good in Week 1, but losing Bell will hurt and Washington losing will take the shine off Week 2.  Still have reservations about Harbaugh but he does has a borderline top-25 team.
