1 Ohio State Buckeyes The buckeyes just got most of their key opt-outs back. This team is going to be scary.
2 Clemson Tigers Clemson takes back the #2 spot after a solid performance.
3 Georgia Bulldogs Georgia now looks like the best team in the SEC.
4 Alabama Crimson Tide Their defense got shredded. Luckily, Bama won't face an offense that good again for the rest of the conference schedule.
5 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Notre Dame doesn't look amazing, but they are winning.
6 Penn State Nittany Lions PSU should be the second best team in the B1G. The Big 12 beating up on each other should be really helpful for the SEC/B1G/ACC to get two teams in the playoff.
7 Oregon Ducks Oregon should be the clear favorites in weak Pac 12. They have talent all over the field.
8 Wisconsin Badgers Wisconsin pulled a fairly easy schedule and should be the favorites to win the West.
9 Cincinnati Bearcats Cincinnati looks like the frontrunners for the G5 NY6 spot. They have two tough games against Tulsa and SMU.
10 Oklahoma State Cowboys They still have their two toughest conference opponents left…Iowa State and Kansas State.
11 North Carolina Tar Heels North Carolina looks like they can challenge Notre Dame for the second spot in the ACC Championship.
12 SMU Mustangs SMU looks like Cincinatti's biggest challenger.
13 BYU Cougars Did not look like the same team this week. However, they still got the win.
14 Michigan Wolverines Michigan has one of the toughest schedules in the country. That's not great when you're breaking in a new QB. I think the defense will still help them win some bigger games, though.
15 Marshall Thundering Herd Another easy win for the Thundering Herd. They should have no problem winning Conference USA.
16 Minnesota Golden Gophers Bateman coming back is hug for the Gophers. They should have a good offense with Tanner Morgan back at QB.
17 Iowa Hawkeyes It's tough to imagine Iowa not having a Top 25 team. They should once again have a solid OL and defense. And they will find another talented TE.
18 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns The Ragin Cajuns looks like the best team in the better than usual Sunbelt.
19 Texas A&M Aggies Bounced back after a tough first two weeks. Their West chances shot up significantly with the win and Bama looking vulnerable.
20 Florida Gators Pulling LSU from the West is turning out to be a good thing. They still have a decent chance of winning every game except vs. UGA.
21 Iowa State Cyclones A nicely timed bye before a huge Big 12 matchup with Oklahoma State.
22 Kansas State Wildcats An impressive win against TCU. KSU has turned things around since that loss against Arkansas State.
23 Utah Utes We may see a rematch of last year's Pac-12 Championship Game. The Pac-12 will be weak this year, so Utah still has a shot at running the table.
24 Miami Hurricanes Looked really bad against Clemson. I'm leaving them ranked because Clemson is really good, but they have to show more in the future.
25 Virginia Tech Hokies VT has been hit hard by Covid. They still managed to put up a decent fight against UNC.
