Overall Rationale: Basic idea this year is undefeated teams are the Top teams followed by teams that haven't lost aka the 0-0 teams...good way to slowly work them into the poll...this might be my last week with no teams with a loss in it as I've used up all the 0-0 teams I had ranked in the preseason this week...
