Overall Rationale: Same as last week, it is hard to rank or unrank some of these teams. I am loving the chaos of this season so far though. It is very kind of teams like LSU and OU to play poorly so that new teams can start showing up in these polls. Biggest changes from last week (5 spots): Texas A&M (NEW), Florida (-9), Boston College (+8), Cincinnati (-7), NC State (NEW), Kansas State (NEW), Marshall (NEW), LSU (UR), Auburn (UR), TCU (UR), Arkansas (UR). My next five who just missed being ranked: Houston, Arkansas, Army, OU, and UCF
