Overall Rationale: In working on this ballot, since I tried to redo it from scratch without looking at my past ballots, I decided I had been overvaluing most of the G5 this year. I may have swung too far the other direction in correcting it, I haven't decided. But the G5 did not have many good wins against quality teams this year, in my opinion, compared to other recent years.
