Overall Rationale: My poll is a "living" poll that doesn't just move people up when they win and down when they lose but is also based off of continual schedule, eye test, and advanced analytic evaluations each week.

4 Ohio State Buckeyes Although they beat a bad Nebraska team about as well as possible, marquee wins separate Ohio State from the top few rankings for me. Luckily, Ohio State will have plenty of opportunity for that.
5 Oklahoma Sooners
6 Clemson Tigers I have moved Clemson down to 6 after a wildly disappointing performance against UNC. The lackluster performances of late, combined with the fact that a not that Clemson may not face a single team that ends in the top 25 by end of season, means that Clemson needs to either impress or win out(or both) to make the playoff. Luckily, both are attainable goals with their talent.
