Overall Rationale: As with last week's ballot, my ballot this week places 0 weight whatsoever on preseason expectations. I also am not placing much weight on wins vs losses, preferring to heavily weight who you played and how you played against them (again, without caring much about whether you won). Memphis enters the rankings for the first time this season at 24, NDSU enters at 25, Oklahoma State reenters at 19. Sorry for not including rationales, I was very time limited this week.
