Overall Rationale: We're finally deep enough into the season that some of the obvious storylines are starting to coalesce and we can make some more informed judgments. The top ten feels pretty calcified although there will be some big matchups to come that will shake things up. The bottom five are pretty fluid - all with one or two quality wins but one or two quality losses also. The meat of the rankings - from 10-20 - is the most interesting part where we should expect to see the most movement either in or out as conference play kicks into gear.
