Overall Rationale: I'll try to answer any questions you have, respond to the post I make in the poll thread or /u/ me with questions. I mainly look at good wins and bad losses. MOV is not factored at all, except maybe as a tiebreaker.

1 Clemson Tigers Solid wins over #11 NC State and #15 Syracuse, plus 3 other wins against teams over .500, including one against a 7-2 Georgia Southern.
2 Alabama Crimson Tide The resume still doesn't have much outside of the win against #6 LSU. Next best win is against a 5-4 Texas A&M. Wasn't quite enough to beat out Clemson.
3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Like Alabama, they don't have much after their win against #5 Michigan. However, it was still enough to beat out Georgia.
4 Georgia Bulldogs Georgia sneaks out above Michigan due to their wins against #12 Kentucky and #18 Florida. The depth past that isn't bad either.
5 Michigan Wolverines Even with wins over #17 Michigan State and #19 Penn State, they don't have that solid win, as both MSU and PSU have 3 losses.
6 LSU Tigers LSU has really good depth, and wins over #4 Georgia and #25 Mississippi State are good enough to get them up here, even with 2 losses to #2 Alabama and #18 Florida.
7 Oklahoma Sooners Oklahoma has a pretty good win against #14 Army, and has also beaten #24 Iowa State. Their only loss is to #23 Texas, which gets them up to here.
8 West Virginia Mountaineers WVU has only 1 ranked win, against #23 Texas. However, they do only have 1 loss, to #24 Iowa State, and have beaten 2 other teams above .500.
9 Washington State Cougars Wazzu has wins against no teams ranked by me, which is why they're at #9. The loss is also to an unranked, 5-4 USC.
10 UCF Knights UCF's no losses weren't quite enough to jump Washington State, as their best win is either a 5-4 Pittsburgh, Memphis or Temple.
11 NC State Wolfpack NC State has a good win against #21 Boston College. However, they don't have a bad loss, having lost to #1 Clemson and #15 Syracuse, and have also beaten a 6-3 Virginia.
12 Kentucky Wildcats Kentucky has wins over #18 Florida and #25 Mississippi State. However, their loss to a 5-4 Texas A&M, as well as #4 Georgia, keep them below NC State.
13 Ohio State Buckeyes Ohio State only has loss, but it is to a 5-4 Purdue. They only have 1 win against any team above .500, being against #19 Penn State, who is 6-3.
14 Army West Point Army has a win against #20 Buffalo. They also don't have a bad loss, their losses being to a 6-3 Duke and #7 Oklahoma.
15 Syracuse Orange Syracuse has a win against #11 NC State. However, their loss to 5-4 Pittsburgh hurts, and they also lost to #1 Clemson.
16 UAB Blazers UAB only has 1 loss, though it isn't a good one, against 5-4 Coastal Carolina. They have wins against 7-2 North Texas and 6-3 Louisiana Tech to get them to here.
17 Michigan State Spartans Michigan State is our first 3 loss team in the top 25. They've beaten #19 Penn State, as well as an unranked 8-1 Utah State. They also have 2 more wins against teams over .500. However, losses to Northwestern and Arizona State aren't necessarily good.
18 Florida Gators Florida is another 6-3 team. They've beaten #25 Mississippi State, as well as #6 LSU. Past that however, they have no other good wins, and a loss to an unranked 5-4 Missouri, as well as losses to #4 Georgia and #12 Kentucky.
19 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State is our 3rd consecutive 3-loss team. They've lost to #5 Michigan, #13 Ohio State and #17 Michigan State. However, they have no win against a top 25 team, their best one being over 6-2 Appalachian State or 6-3 Iowa.
20 Buffalo Bulls Buffalo is another 8-1 team. They don't necessarily have a standout win, but their only loss is to #14 Army, and they do have 4 wins against teams at or above .500.
21 Boston College Eagles Boston College has 2 losses, and also no standout win. They have lost to #11 NC State and #15 Syracuse, and also have 3 wins against teams at or above .500.
22 Fresno State Bulldogs Fresno State is 8-1. They have a bad loss to 4-5 Minnesota, but 3 wins against teams above .500 get them into my top 25.
23 Texas Longhorns Texas is another 6-3 team. They have a really good win over #7 Oklahoma, but losses to 5-4 Maryland and 5-4 Oklahoma State knock them down to here.
24 Iowa State Cyclones Iowa State is the only team not currently bowl eligible in my top 25. At 5-3, they've beaten #8 West Virginia. They have also lost to 4-5 TCU, however, and 6-3 Iowa.
25 Mississippi State Bulldogs Mississippi State rounds out my top 25. At 6-3, they don't have any ranked wins, but no bad losses either, having lost to #6 LSU, #12 Kentucky and #18 Florida. They've also beaten 6-3 Auburn and Louisiana Tech.
