Overall Rationale: Notable omissions:USF: They haven't beaten anyone good or by a lot. At least UCF has the latter going for them.Clanga: I really don't know what to make of them. I'll figure it out in two weeks? They may walk in next week if they beat BYE really hard. I almost swapped them out for Wazzu or App State but yeah I just really don't know how to sorry 23-28 in my mind. Almost as hard as 11-17CU: See USF. Apparently their schedule is still stronger than UCF's which honestly blows my mind. Also the Pac-12 is trash tier this year.
