SearonTrejorek Ballot for 2018 Week 7

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Oct. 8, 2018, 9:49 a.m.

Overall Rationale: Computer poll is still borked, so here is human.

Rank Team Reason
Alabama Crimson Tide Still at the top, solid showing against Arkansas.
Ohio State Buckeyes Took care of business against Indiana
Georgia Bulldogs Good showing against Vanderbilt
Clemson Tigers Completely dismantled Wake
Notre Dame Fighting Irish Won good road test against VT.
West Virginia Mountaineers WVU may have barely gotten by Kansas but with 2 other top 10 teams losing they get to move up.
Penn State Nittany Lions Had a bye week and still moved up 3 spots.
Washington Huskies Had a rough showdown on the road but still came out with the win.
UCF Knights Hey UCF, look at you! Number 9, moving on up.
Michigan Wolverines Maybe that loss to ND wasn't as bad as it seemed at the time. This week should help with a solid Wisconsin team coming to town.
Texas Longhorns I'm cautious on Texas, but they had a solid win against Oklahoma.
LSU Tigers Close loss to a good Florida team on the road.
Oklahoma Sooners Texas may have exposed a weakness that many already knew about. Unless more conferences start having their contenders lose the Big 12 may be out of the playoff picture.
Florida Gators Florida is on a two game winning streak against ranked foes.
Wisconsin Badgers Chaos around them, and the badgers move up a spot.
Oregon Ducks Still winning.
Miami Hurricanes Barely squeaked out against FSU.
Kentucky Wildcats Tough loss on the road due to some...questionable...play calling.
Colorado Buffaloes Still winning, keep moving up.
Auburn Tigers Clanga too much.
NC State Wolfpack I missed State in my poll last week. They have a tough game against Clemson coming up after a bye.
Texas A&M Aggies Solid win over a tough Kentucky team.
USF Bulls Still winning.
Mississippi State Bulldogs Good win against Auburn
Cincinnati Bearcats Undefeated.
