Overall Rationale: Rankings are based on resume. Both who they've played and margin of victory. It's not perfect.  There are so many 0 and 1 loss teams that I made a rule for this week that there will no 2 loss teams.  Welcome Utah State and Iowa to the poll. Oklahoma dropped so much both due to the loss and the fact they have a terrible defense and almost lost to Army.  The top-4 are clearly the top-4 with Bama an absolute #1. I don't believe in Clemson, but I do think they will go undefeated because the ACC is pretty terrible this year.
