Overall Rationale: Going to be more focused on good wins/bad losses and record isn't going to be an end-all be-all starting this week. MOV will also stay a pretty heavy factor, and location will be a factor too. Sorry about the lack of explanations for 1-loss teams, I procrastinated too hard. /u/ me or respond to my comment if I post one on reddit to kill my ballot please. Also if i'm not on most controversial with this ballot i'll be disappointed.

1 Alabama Crimson Tide Bama has dominated everyone, and their wins are good enough too to make it up to #1.
2 Clemson Tigers Good wins, but the MOV isn't quite good enough for me to justify putting them above Alabama.
3 LSU Tigers Great wins for LSU, but the MOV holds them back behind Clemson.
4 Notre Dame Fighting Irish ND has solid wins, but the MOV isn't quite as good as LSU so they stay behind.
5 Ohio State Buckeyes Good MOV and decent wins, but the wins by ND/LSU are that much better that it's not quite enough to get by.
6 Georgia Bulldogs UGA's wins aren't good enough to surpass OSU, as their MOV is also probably slightly worse.
7 Oklahoma Sooners The MOV is solid enough to land them above Kentucky even though their wins aren't that great.
8 Kentucky Wildcats Even without spectacular MOV, Kentucky has some pretty good wins, enough to get them to here.
9 Stanford Cardinal
10 West Virginia Mountaineers WVU's wins/MOV are good enough to get them up to here.
11 NC State Wolfpack They have some decent wins, but MOV isn't great and that holds them back. Plus, they're only at 4 games, not 5.
12 Michigan State Spartans
13 Miami Hurricanes
14 Maryland Terrapins
15 Texas Longhorns
16 Auburn Tigers
17 Washington Huskies
18 Indiana Hoosiers
19 UCF Knights The MOV is good enough to get to here, but the wins aren't quite good enough to get past any of the 1 loss teams above.
20 Syracuse Orange
21 Virginia Tech Hokies
22 Duke Blue Devils
23 Cincinnati Bearcats Nothing spectacular, decent MOV, wins aren't that good.
24 USF Bulls Wins aren't that good, and the MOV isn't great, but the wins are good enough to get past Colorado.
25 Colorado Buffaloes Their opponents have combined for 1 win total, and the MOV isn't good enough to justify putting them higher.
