Overall Rationale: Exiting my poll this week are #12 North Texas, #18 California, #19 Buffalo, and #23 Duke. Entering in their places are #19 Oregon, #22 Texas, #23 South Florida, and #24 Louisiana Tech. My biggest gainers this week were three teams with excellent wins - Kentucky, which went from #22 to #13; Appalachian State, which went from #21 to #14; and NC State, which went from #24 to #17.
