1 LSU Tigers Undefeated. Best wins: Auburn (4-1, defeated Washington), Miami (4-1). I think due to Auburn's win over Washington I'm putting them #1. It was a very close call though between them and Notre Dame for best resume so far.
2 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Undefeated. Best wins - Stanford (4-1, wins over Oregon and USC), Michigan (4-1). Had to ignore that ND beat LSU in their bowl last year in my ranking. If ND beats Va Tech this week, I think they should be #1.
3 Ohio State Buckeyes Undefeated. Very good win this weekend against Penn State. Also have a nice win over TCU.
4 Kentucky Wildcats Undefeated. Best wins are Florida (4-1), Mississippi State (3-2) and South Carolina.
5 Georgia Bulldogs Undefeated. Best wins are over Missouri and South Carolina. 
6 Clemson Tigers Undefeated. Best win is over Syracuse (4-1). Also have a win over Texas A&M. 
7 Alabama Crimson Tide I feel a little dumb not ranking Alabama #1 as I think this is the best team in the country. However, as I try my best to rank teams based on their resumes, I have Alabama a little lower currently based on who they've played and beat. Right now their best wins are Texas A&M (3-2) and Ole Miss. 
8 West Virginia Mountaineers Undefeated. Best win is over Texas Tech
9 Auburn Tigers Highest one loss team. Only loss is to LSU. Have a very good win over Washington.
10 Stanford Cardinal Only loss is to Notre Dame. Wins over Oregon and USC.
11 Washington Huskies Only loss is to Auburn. Wins over Arizona State, Utah, and BYU. 
12 Maryland Terrapins Wins over Texas and Minnesota. Terrible loss to Temple, but that Texas win is looking really good. 
13 Texas Longhorns Wins over USC and TCU. Loss to Maryland. 
14 Oklahoma Sooners Undefeated, but their best win is over Baylor. If they beat Texas this week, I'll jump them up higher in the rankings.
15 Wisconsin Badgers Bad loss to BYU. Have a nice win over Iowa.
16 Oregon Ducks Only loss is to Stanford. Best win is Cal (3-1, beat BYU)
17 Florida Gators Only loss is to Kentucky. Best win is over Mississippi State.
18 Virginia Tech Hokies Really bad loss to Old Dominion, but they beat Duke who was 4-0 with a couple pretty decent wins going into this week.  
19 Michigan State Spartans Lost to Arizona State. Best win is over Indiana (4-1). I think this is probably misleading as Indiana doesn't really have impressive wins and Michigan state has struggled. I suspect they will lose to Penn State and Michigan, but for now I have them here.
20 Oklahoma State Cowboys 4-1. Lost to Texas Tech. Best win is over Boise State.
21 Washington State Cougars Only loss is to USC. Best win is Utah. 
22 Miami Hurricanes Lost to LSU. Don't really have a quality win but have been blowing out bad teams.
23 Michigan Wolverines Much like Miami. Only loss to ND. No wins over quality teams but lots of blowouts over bad teams.
24 Penn State Nittany Lions Same story. Only loss is to Ohio State. Been crushing bad teams.
25 Cincinnati Bearcats 5-0. Beating up on crappy teams.
