SearonTrejorek Ballot for 2018 Week 6

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Oct. 1, 2018, 10:27 a.m.

Overall Rationale: My scrapper is borked because of changes to the ESPN source. Going to be working on it this week to get it working again.

Rank Team Reason
Alabama Crimson Tide No reason to think that Alabama shouldn't be number 1. Looked impressive against everyone they've faced so far.
Ohio State Buckeyes Solid wins vs TCU and PSU put Ohio State over Georgia for now.
Georgia Bulldogs Played well against all their competition so far, just hasn't been very good competition yet.
LSU Tigers I'm high on LSU right now. Maybe that's a mistake, the next 4 weeks should be telling.
Clemson Tigers Had a scare vs a solid Syracuse team, but Clemson is still a powerful team that is in the driver's seat for the ACC.
Notre Dame Fighting Irish Solid game against Stanford, have another tough test at VT this week.
Oklahoma Sooners Still working strong just haven't played very many quality opponents yet.
West Virginia Mountaineers Solid offense, got a little slow during the second half against TT.
Auburn Tigers Rough game vs Southern Miss including a lightning delay. Still got the win though.
Penn State Nittany Lions Played a great game against a solid OSU team, just wasn't able to pull it out in the end. This is still a solid bunch though.
Washington Huskies Good game against BYU, if they can take care of business for UCLA then winning their next two weeks will be beneficial.
UCF Knights Still winning games.
Kentucky Wildcats Strong team, winning games. Looks like the only team that can challenge Georgia for the East.
Michigan Wolverines Has been taking care of business since the loss to ND. Had a scare vs NW this week though.
Stanford Cardinal Played a tough game on the road in South Bend. Still a good team, just maybe not top 10.
Wisconsin Badgers That loss to BYU is still a blemish, but there's not really anyone else in the division that can challenge Wisconsin. I still expect them to win the West.
Oregon Ducks Close loss at Stanford followed by a win at Cal.Team is still playing well but has a tough game against Washington coming up.
Texas Longhorns After the Maryland game we though Texas was back to not being back, but wins against USC and TCU boosted them a bit. Let's see how they play in the RRS.
Miami Hurricanes A solid team that had a loss to a (apparently) good LSU team to start the season. They just haven't played anyone else nearly as challenging yet.
Colorado Buffaloes I mean, they're undefeated, but their schedule is pretty soft.
Florida Gators Only loss was to a Kentucky team that looks like a contender. Had a...showing...against MSU but still came out with the win on the road.
Michigan State Spartans Winning games but lost on the road to ASU. Their hardest games are still to come.
USF Bulls Also still winning games. Looking forward to the rivalry game later in the season.
Oklahoma State Cowboys Had a rough game vs TT but bounced back.
Syracuse Orange Only loss is a close one to Clemson on the road. Very solid team who looks capable.
