Overall Rationale: Congrats to UTEP. First Team to 5 losses and first team I'm completely eliminating. App State, North Texas, and Cincinnati will definitely keep me on the Unusual list. HOW THE BALLOT WORKS: I pick teams I think deserve to be ranked and then pull MoV, Yds/game for and against, turnover margin, and ranked wins to give each team a score from a formula. I don't adjust teams after scores are given. I don't care if you had a great recruiting class. I don't care if you were #1 last week. I don't care what your final record is if you are sub .500 now.
