Overall Rationale: Set grading scale, but I decide tiebreakers and do it all by hand. As always top four are who I'd put in right now and won't be from the same conference. I also didn't rank any two loss teams yet.

1 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Wins over Michigan and Stanford have them here as well as two other P5 wins.
2 Ohio State Buckeyes TCU and PSU are pretty good wins and better than a single win over TAMU
3 Alabama Crimson Tide Still though I think Alabama is the best team.
4 Clemson Tigers Mainly here  because someone from another conference has to be per my rules, plus beating Syracuse after losing your starting QB is legit.
5 LSU Tigers The Miami win is looking better, LSU is pretty good.
6 Georgia Bulldogs Just a shade behind LSU, but we'll find out for sure in two weeks.
7 Oklahoma Sooners Nobody should fault them for the game against Army, they took care of business against Baylor, but now they have a ranked RRS coming up. Neat.
8 Kentucky Wildcats I don't think anyone actually thought Kentucky would be this good this year.
9 Penn State Nittany Lions They were actually helped more than they were hurt by the loss due to Ohio State's other wins. Wow the quality loss is a real thing.
10 Stanford Cardinal Pretty much the same as above, Stanford probably isn't a top ten team in the country.
11 Texas Longhorns And Texas probably isn't this close to a top ten team. Wow. Helps that USC and TCU also won their games.
12 Washington Huskies I don't like that Washington is higher than Auburn, but when one puts away a good BYU team and the other struggles with Southern Miss it happens.
13 Michigan Wolverines Michigan had a big jump this week even though they didn't have that impressive of a win. 
14 Florida Gators Same with Florida, I don't think they're a top 15 team, but my poll really likes the SEC. 
15 West Virginia Mountaineers If only they had been able to play NCSU and won they might be top five right now.
16 Auburn Tigers Don't know what the deal against Southern Miss was, but hey it happens I'm a VT fan I should know.
17 Indiana Hoosiers For some reason my poll also loves the Hoosiers that means I should probably tear it down and start from scratch because it's the Hoosiers.
18 Duke Blue Devils I finally feel like Duke has fallen to a more reasonable range. I'd probably but them ~20 in an actual poll.
19 USF Bulls They get three really bad teams in a row so they'll likely need help from teams they've already beaten to start moving up.
20 Miami Hurricanes Welcome back, Miami. 
21 Maryland Terrapins The win against Texas is still nice, but they shouldn't be here probably.
22 Syracuse Orange Glad to see they stayed ranked.
23 NC State Wolfpack Welcome to the fucking show.
24 Cincinnati Bearcats Raise your hand if you thought Cincy would still be undefeated. Yeah uhh me too.
25 Virginia Tech Hokies Was the ODU game just a fluke? Find out when VT inexplicably beats Notre Dame then promptly loses to UNC by 22.
