nuxenolith Ballot for 2017 Week 6

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Oct. 1, 2017, 12:32 p.m.

Rank Team Reason
Alabama Crimson Tide Untouchable
Clemson Tigers Have shown up in big moments against tough opponents
Georgia Bulldogs Hands-down playing like the 3rd-best team.  @ND was clearly a good win.
Oklahoma Sooners Very good, but as Baylor showed, not invincible.
TCU Horned Frogs Oklahoma State win looks a little weaker after this week.
Washington Huskies Interchangeable with TCU, but haven't really played anybody worth a damn
Notre Dame Fighting Irish ND has the best loss to a Top-3 team and are playing well.  Anyone who doesn't rate them highly is demonstrating the flaws of preseason polls.
Auburn Tigers Second-best loss to a Top-3 team and are also playing well
Washington State Cougars The USC win was a program win for Leach, but I was highly skeptical of USC last week.
Penn State Nittany Lions Plays well against creampuffs, but struggles against real defenses.
Ohio State Buckeyes Schedule is Charmin-soft...won't know much about this team until they play Penn State in a few weeks
Miami Hurricanes Now that we know a little bit more, I feel comfortable ranking them higher.
Michigan Wolverines Wins continue to look weaker and weaker.  MSU game should be a good benchmark.
Virginia Tech Hokies Simply outclassed by Clemson...I overrated them last week, but VT is probably still a Top-20 team.
Oklahoma State Cowboys Needed to put them somewhere...still not sure what to make of this team
Wisconsin Badgers Unquestionably the second-weakest undefeated P5 (lol Utah).  Haven't played a single team worth a damn.
USC Trojans Got exposed by Wazzu...probably still a Top-20 team.
Louisville Cardinals
West Virginia Mountaineers
USF Bulls
Florida Gators
San Diego State Aztecs
Utah Utes
UCF Knights
NC State Wolfpack
