Overall Rationale: My poll is a computer poll that I have been running for several years. It is loosely based of the Ohio highschool football rankings. Basically, it treats all FBS teams as equal at the start of the season. Teams get points for beating teams and get secondary points for how their opponents do against other teams. For example, Alabama beating Florida St in Week 1 is not worth very many points at the beginning of the season but if Florida St continues to win, Alabama gains more and more points every week from that victory as the system starts to recognize it as a quality win only if Florida St proves to be a quality win over the course of the season.

1	Clemson Tigers	The difference between Clemson and Georgia, is the same difference from Georgia and South Florida. Clemson has given 3 quality teams their only loss off the season.
2	Georgia Bulldogs

7	UCF Knights	UCF might look surprising up here but they join Clemson has the only two teams who have given 3 opponents their only loss on the season so far.The main difference between UCF and Clemson are the quality of the opponents, and historical data shows that UCF wins, while looking impressive now, are likely to regress over the course of the season.
8	Michigan Wolverines
9	San Diego State Aztecs	Another surprising team in the top 10. They have two really solid victories over Arizona St and Stanford. However, the rest of their seasons schedule is pretty weak. Basically to maintain their ranking, they will need Stanford and Arizona St to beat up the PAC
10	Oklahoma Sooners	Oklahoma dropped in my rankings this past week. Most of this is just due  to them having an early bye but also the quality of their opponents has been a bit lackluster. They are basically getting all their points from the OSU game so far.
